Alanna Kueffer

As an associate therapist I believe we each hold the answers within us—and therapy is a space to uncover and reconnect with that inner wisdom. While we may explore the past for insight, my focus is on helping clients arrive more fully into the present. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with room for self-exploration, self-compassion, and growth. My approach is deeply relational. I believe that a strong, trusting connection between client and therapist is the foundation of meaningful work. An important part of my work is also recognizing how good nutrition and healthy habits can impact our mental health, and how to help clients manage that. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor into the room, creating a space that feels both grounded and human. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have particular interest in working with depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues.
