As a therapist I believe that everyone has an innate wisdom living in their body, and my goal is to help you reach yours and reconnect with yourself and the world around you. As a certified integrative mental health professional I view individuals holistically, meaning that I see how all facets of life impact our wellness: what we eat, how we sleep, our support system, our connection with nature, our work, our spirit. I balance western psychological theory (such as IFS, Brainspotting, and attachment work) with eastern spirituality (such as mindfulness and somatics) to help you explore your mind body connection, identify where you might be stuck, and improve your capacity for human connection and contentment. A valuable part of my work also includes working with people and families of those affected by severe mental illnesses, helping them to achieve stability and live fulfilling lives.

As a therapist I believe some of our greatest challenges can reveal themselves to be opportunities for growth and change. As a Level 2 IFS therapist, I believe our minds are inherently multiple. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. Using this modality, you will begin to understand your system and begin to heal the parts of you that may have taken on extreme roles or have been burdened by your past. IFS is a transformative, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal by accessing and loving their protective and wounded inner parts. In addition, I am trained in IFIO, the IFS method of working with couples. I also utilize EMDR as a tool to understand and rework distressing thoughts, emotions and behaviors in order to facilitate healing.

In our work together we will collaboratively identify and challenge the patterns, experiences, and narratives that no longer serve you, to create a space ripe for welcoming in your most authentic and favorite self. I believe that in a process of deep acceptance and release, we gain access to do the work needed for profound healing and relief. I am honored to work with folks of all backgrounds, identities, and goals, and work with people of all ages (4+ years old).

Mallory MacInnis, AMFT, APCC

As an associate therapist I believe I  believe that everyone has an inherent drive toward health and wholeness that will flourish if provided the right conditions. Therapy can provide those conditions by allowing for a deeper exploration of the self and how we engage with the world from a place of safety and support. My approach is integrative, pulling from various psychological theories including relational, liberatory, archetypal/imaginal and psychoanalytic. This means together we will create new and different relational experiences, and work with your historical, social, cultural and spiritual reality to formulate a treatment that fits you. I am continually honored to accompany folks on their unique journey. Issues I commonly work with include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, shame, addiction, and codependency/boundary issues. I offer in person and telehealth services to adults, couples, families and children.

Training & Education

  • Masters in Integrative Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies

  • Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant from the American Institute of Vedic Studies

  • Certified Yoga instructor for 10+ years

Alanna Kueffer, AMFT

As an associate therapist I believe we each hold the answers within us—and therapy is a space to uncover and reconnect with that inner wisdom. While we may explore the past for insight, my focus is on helping clients arrive more fully into the present. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with room for self-exploration, self-compassion, and growth. My approach is deeply relational. I believe that a strong, trusting connection between client and therapist is the foundation of meaningful work. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor into the room, creating a space that feels both grounded and human. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have particular interest in working with depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues.

Training & Education

  • Masters in Counseling Psychology with a program concentration in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies

  • Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition

I work with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to generational trauma, grief and life transitions. I utilize an integrative mind-body approach and enjoy working with individuals, couples and teenagers. I am particularly passionate about our youth and the challenges they face, including the impact of technology and social media.
